Hello, let me say that games are usually single core or low core count things. When running on multiple cores many of the cores are not needed and unused. When optimizing for gaming a low core count with higher clock speeds will do better than more cores low clocks. After looking at a yt vid and some online fps reports in tarkov you should se 50-80 fps?

try and check temps with hwmonitor, but also upgrade your ram. You should get atleast 3200mhz, but aim for 3600mhz. Ryzen likes fast ram.

Temps are fine but the ram doesn't fix that my gpu never hit 100% right?

Ye rn I get like 50 to 80 but I thought I get more out of the upgrade especially in Warzone, any tips how I can boost the ghz of the cores getting uses in these games and shouldn't my gpu be anyways at 100%?

What do you mean your motherboard doesn't support higher than 2933?
Which board?
