Are these drivers right?

You are now using the AMD drivers. If you were still using the windows base drivers, the Provider would be listed as Microsoft. The signer is almost always Microsoft. That has nothing to do with who made the driver, just who signed it for authenticity.

 I noticed that my graphics card was running compatability drivers and updated from AMD to get the most recent ones. This gave me Radeon settings which is nice, but it still says it's running compatability drivers?

According to AMD it says that the driver  version is right (I think?)

Am I all good or is this a problem?

I am confused at this point...
