Your 3600 will boost "overclock" on its own given the proper amount of cooling.

This. And manual overclocking on a 3600 is pretty pointless.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Not really. AMD Ryzen Master sets the voltage for my 3600 higher than what I an achieve manually OCing. Precision boost is nice as a "Leave it alone" based overclock, but with proper cooling you can easily get past 4.2GHz. Also silicon lottery blah blah blah, ya know. I am currently in the middle of testing my 3600's limits, running 4.1GHz with a peak core voltage of 1.18126v. And this is on stock AMD Wraith Stealth cooler. Looking to get either an AIO or the Prism just to keep temps a little more tamed, but under-volting the 3600 from stock isn't uncommon.
