Setup for my family members. I think it will be nice to showcase how important it is observe and listen what people really need. You might at first think that Intel NUC is overpriced, or setting up office space around dining table is a terrible idea, and I agree. But building pr0 RGB turbo rig here, for this use case, it is just stupid. Lesson I learned from this project is: you can't force your own computing habits on others.

alltho you could make it more stealthy like linus did by getting a raspberry pi 4 let's say, putting it inside the monitor and install manjaro ARM

Nice! Maybe after warranty expires
Actually new PI 400 inspired me to think out of the box
 

I like how NUC comes with VESA mounting bracket, and just attaching it with 2 screws to the bottom fits behind the monitor. My initial plan was to 3D print an attachment

 

An important feature that I didn't mention in the post is, entire thing is attached to the windowsill, so the table can be moved
