Welcome to the forums!!!

Corsair 750D Airflow Edition Full Tower for plenty of room with HDDs. Should fit a NH-D15 as the CPU cooler height is 170mm. You'll definitely want a full tower with all those HDDs installed in the computer. Should be able to pick this up on Amazon in the US if you are located there.

If you need 8 bays, the Fractal Define XL R2, I like because of it's sleek non-RGB design. Also it does fit the NH-D15 just fine. I recently build a NAS for someone in that case. Additionally it has 5.25" bays, should you want to expand with additional drive bays of optical drives or fan controllers etc. Fairly reasonable in price as well. There is also the Thermaltake Core V71 and the be-Quiet Dark Base 700 as well. The fractal design seemed the most practical case to build in with lots of spinning drives.

There will be restricted airflow in the front of the case with that panel in the front, even though it will be pulling it in on the sides, its still restrictive (NZXT H510 comes to my mind with this case). As a result, thermals might be bad with this case.
