New pc sucks

I recently built my pc with a 6800 and r7 5800x and my pc gets horrible frame drops in games like fortnite and rainbow six siege and just doesn't perform the way i expected it to. My pc restarts while playing r6 and while launching fortnite. I just don't know what is causing it to perform so bad.

full specs? what are the temps for the cpu and gpu under load? check event viewer in win10 for anything useful when the pc restarts. have you made sure all drivers are installed and up to date? tried bios update?

I will echo that. Check your temperatures and make sure that the BIOS and all drivers + Windows updates are up-to-date.
