How do i see when my OC worked?

Hello,

Yesterday i tested my Gpu and cpu before overclocking my cpu and after i OC it my cpu score was higher but i dont feel that its better.

Specs: 
CPU: I7 9700K
GPU: RTX 2080 Super
Ram: 32GB

Here is a screenshot of my Taskmanager and im wondering where i can see if it worked:

Stress the cpu. 

Either by Cinnebench, CPU-Z or Blender tests.

And then see if you cpu goes above boost clock and it is stable

It's original boost clock is 4.9 ghz and you have got it to 4.97 ghz which isn't that much. Would go for aroung 5ghz to 5.1

Ah i thought the normal speed was 3.6 Ghz

Idk much about pc's but im currently running a test and il send a ss in a second

How do i do that? idk much about OC, I just followed a Msi Tutorial
