Xbox 360 usb ssd vs Xbox 360 hdd sata what is faster?

What would be better in speed Kingston a400 120gb ssd in USB HDD enclosure or Xbox 360 internal 500gb hard drive? and would the ssd max out USB 2.0 speeds?

The internal hdd would be much faster, the SSD is pointless since it would be severely limited by the USB 2.0 connection.

Raw speed the SSD would loose here. But for random reads and writes the SSD would probably beat the HDD.
