Only way to really get more performance is to OC your GPU and play on lower settings. You could also optimize windows but that would give you 3 - 4 more fps

Run games at 1080p and sharpen them with NVIDIA's built-in sharpening or use ReShade and its CAS sharpen shader. This sharpening is near free and should mitigate blurriness enough to be viable. 1440p actually creates a quite significant performance hit over 1080p and RTX 2060 in any variant isn't quite up to the task anymore these days.
