Tomorrow I'm building a pc, I have a zotac gtx 970 reference and a AMD x4 860k (OC to 4.2GHz), for now I only have total of 2 cooling fans, one is for the cpu cooler(Deepcool Gammaxx 300), the other one is a 80mm server fan, which I probably will also put on the cpu for more cooling. I will have the side panel off, since I wouldn't have any airflow with it on. I'm thinking what temps should I estimate with only these fans.

I will get the rest of my fans on the 21st of January. I will have 3 120mm case fans (2 intake, 1 exhaust(+ the gpu is blowing out the back))

If you dont have the side panel on then there is no reason to add more fans to your case. Also I have to say, you are pairing a still relevant GPU with a absolutely terrible CPU, no matter what you do there will be significant bottlenecks. Save your money instead of wasting them on unnecessary cooling.

I have the side panel, but I will leave it off because rn I have only 2 fans in the entire case, and that probably isn't enough cooling to put the side panel on and have decent temps. All of the parts I have are accumulated from my brothers upgrades, I have a Ryzen 3 1200 without a mobo, but I have no money, In the summer I will work and buy a mobo, case, ram, PSU and maybe a CPU.

And this is a HUGE upgrade from I have now, rn I have a 7yr old laptop, with a Celeron 1000M and Intel HD 2500, that can't run csgo at 30fps, it drops to like 5fps in the benchmark when smoke is on the screen

I don't quite understand what you are asking here. Estimating what cooling? And why its important if you have no money to change anything? CPU will be fine, so will GPU. But I would probably focus more cooling for GPU instead of CPU since your sidepanel is open. GPU usually relies on front intake fans to provide air. Improving GPUs intake is much more important.

Thanks, I wasn't sure where to place the server fan, but I somehow forgot that the GPU needs more air.
