Unreal engine lag

For some reason unreal engine games lag so much it’s literally unplayable (15fps minimum settings). Other games with even better graphics seem to run fine but unreal engine games don’t want to run. Does anyone know any fix to this?

pc specs

cpu : a10 8700p

gpu : 1050 ti

Yes, upgrade your CPU, UE4 Games dont run well on any Bludozer/Piledriver CPU

 

You can mitigate it somewhat by lowering all CPU heavy options to minimum like sound channel count

I  planning on getting an i5 10400f is it a good cpu for ue games?
