I want to upgrade but I dont know what because the budget is kinda low or should I save  a little more to upgrade my gpu ?

PSU, get a reliable high teir unit.

 

I don't think $100 is going to be enough to upgrade anything else in your computer anyway. Maybe the CPU cooler I guess.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

The only other option I would say is maybe a higher capacity SSD as a second drive, personally with the unsettled and scarce market that is reality atm I would wait to do anything

Do you have any suggestions for PSU

Is MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2  good for the cpu cooler ?
