Smartphone alternatives to Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite

Hello everyone
I have decided to buy a holiday gift to my parents  - 2 smartphones, 1 for each as they are still using their old 2016 phones which are quite obsolete right now. After some reviews I have stopped on Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite because of a good battery, 6 GB RAM (no need for more as they do not play games), AMOLED screen, a good camera that provides protos of decent quality and a big screen of 6.5 inch.  And some good opinions as well. 
Would you advice anything better for the price of that smartphone? Maybe from your own experience? Up to 500$ per one phone, preferably.
