Streaming Reaper and my mic voice to OBS scenes into Discord, is it possible?

hi all! i'd like to stream my guitar on discord as long as my microphone to talk to my friends, i know i can use reaper and OBS together as long as my headset microphone though i don't understand how i can stream everything as an audio and video output from OBS, i found already the OBS plugin to stram the video and everything works fine! though if i use Reaper i can't hear anything due to Asio4All drivers (?), is there a way to connect Reaper to OBS or use Reaper directly as an audio input for discord?

You can use Voicemeeter to mix the different sources into one that you choose in OBS.

is there a tutorial somewhere about how to route everything in and then out to discord? i'm not that pro about this kind of stuff ^^"
