I want to know what CPU,GPU,Memory and monitor do I need if I want to play Cyberpunk 2077 and Minecraft very well?

Define very well? RTX on or off? What resolution does your monitor have? That's for Cyberpunk, Minecraft can run on your phone as well as old Pentium processors.

What settings are you looking to play at because Cyberpunk is a AAA game while Minecraft can run on entry level hardware.
for 5000 Yuans or approx 750 bucks you will probably end up with (assuming you can find any of it) :
a Ryzen 3 3300x
a 1660 super
a B450 board that supports 3rd gen Ryzen
16Gb of 3200mhz CL16 RAM
a case you like that has some airflow
and a 600w PSU from a reputable brand.

That is not a good idea for the budget. You will get less than playable FPS if you can even get an RTX card for the budget.

for 750 bucks playing with RTX on at decent framerates IN CYBERPUNK is pretty tough, you'll want to get at least a 2060 and framerates won't be good at all

That's hard to accomplish with your budget the cheapest RTX capable card at the moment is the 3060 Ti it's 400 bucks and that's the MSRP so it's a lot more expensive. RGB AND RTX aren't very achievable at this budget. Bump up your budget or settle for less performance is my advice

Edit: That sounded rude, I'm sorry about that, my point is that you have to make compromises when you have a tight budget and can't get everything

Nothing really in mind but there are some pretty good cases out there for not much money, I personally own a Bitfenix Enso Mesh, with some extra fans. You could also get a TD500 mesh from coolermaster or a Corsair 220T. It's up to you
