Elgato 4k or Avermedia 4k? [Can Avermedia's 4k card output two video signals ?]

I prefer the Avermedia, because It'll allow  recording of high frame rates upto 240 on 1080P, which I prefer, because I can fiddle with slow motion effects much better that way.

 

But on the other hand the Elgato 4k60 Mk2, can send out two separate signals allowing you to stream at (My pref. 936p) and even record raw non-overlay vod at 4k, but it's maxed at 60 FPS for recording
