after clearing cache or doing nothing?

 

probably just a one off thing, it's a problem if it's repetitive

This usually happens when your connection has slight issues. Refreshing fixes it. It's not issue on forums unless you can repeat it multiple times.

 

Besides that, it's SUs, and those are getting overhaul very soon.
