PSU watt checking for build

Go to solution Solved by Boomer_Claus,

Hi. I can try and answer for you.

A 750w tier A unit for this list would probably be enough. You might want an 850w for more headroom.

Most Gigabyte PSUs are not very good and the one you listed is considered the worst at tier E so I would avoid it. Try to return it.

Hi,

I`m finally building my first PC(I build many before but for my clients)

now I'm  making my own and I need to know if the PSU Watt I bought will be enough.

Parts I bought:

TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)
Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb
T-force 16GB kit(2x8gb) 3600Mhz CL 18-22-22-42 1.35V

Gigabyte p750gm 80 Plus Gold 750 watt

XPG Invader with 2 120mm fans

Parts planning to buy:

Ryzen 9 5900x

XPG LEVANTE 240 (AIO)

RTX 3080

(x5)120mm non RGB Fans

PS: not planning for any overclocking first couple years

Thank you.

Thank you, as I really appreciate that you took some of your time to answer, but I`m also little disappointed for the news.

That PSU is trash buy a Teir A or B from this list.

The 5900x does not have integrated graphics so you wont be able to use your system until you get a 3080 or any gpu.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.
