Hello all from the land of spiders snakes and every other death bringing animal.

So just rebuilt the trusty rig and have changed from intel to AMD for the first time in 14 years, And i am having some current issues with Ram not running at full speed.

Specs are following

Asus X-570-f

Ryzen 7 3700x

Corsair Venegence RGB Pro 32gb 2x16 3600mhz Cl18

In bios ram speeds is set to 3600 but in wondows and CPUZ says 1800mhz have tryed the amd version on xmp but did not change anyting.

Cheers and meryy xams to all

That's normal, CPU-Z always reports half of what is shown in BiOS. That is because DDR4 is Double Data Rate memory, so the speed is double a certain number, in this case 1800MHz. If you go and set memory to default speeds of 2400MHz, it will show that your memory is running at 1200MHz. It's just one of those weird things you get used to eventually.
