How to remove xlr cable?

How do you remove an xlr cable on motu m2? I don't have a flathead screwdriver right now.....

Do you mean unplug the cable? You press on the tab and pull.. unless i'm missing something there.

Usually the tab would be on the cable rather than the device?

You just need to give it a good yank. The male connectors for microphone inputs typically aren't locking.

I can't see any tab from the pics of both the cable and interface. All of my interfaces don't lock iirc. Gently pull the cable until it comes out, it will be a bit tight if the cable is new.
