Hi, first of all i want to say sorry for my english. About 6 months ago i bought my pc parts on amazon:

Ryzen 5 3600,

rtx 2060 zotac

, nzxt kraken x63

, nzxt h510i,

ssd nvme western digital,

2tb hdd seagate barracuda,

seasonic focus gx650,

16gb ddr4 3600mhz ballistix,

aorus b450 pro

Until this september the pc was ok, but mostly when i use MIcrosoft teams or obs to record lessons my pc get stuck, totally freeze and i need to force restart from the button. Thanks to amazon i replaced all the compoents with same but different brand except for the liquid cooler. I still have this problem, on windows realiability i got hardware error kernelivevent 141. Obviously o reinstalled windows 10 about seven times. Nothing works. Bios is updated and the same for all the driver and windows. I use my computer for study about 6 hour a day, and 2/3 for gaming. This problem never happen when i play games. I have already stress tested all the components from the hdd to the cpu ecc. Temps are 40 degrees at 100% cpu and gpu aobut 65/70. But the problem happen like idle when using only OBS and Teams. Also tried disabling power save etc etc and every solution on internet. What can it be? Windows 10 compatibility with my components? I found on internet people having my same problem with the same GPU and CPU like ryzen 3000 and rtx 2000. Im getting crazy..how can be this possible even after changing all?? Also i boutght a new second monitor but nothing..

well it doesn't seem like a hardware problem most probably driver related or even windows related
although you have reinstalled windows a couple of times have you ever run the sfc /scannow command check if there were any errors in windows ?
i would've try to reinstall the .net frameworks (i never really used any streaming software but this usually gives me problems after windows updates in a few apps i made )
do you have any errors in event viewer related to this ?

BTW didn't knew about obs either never been interested in streaming like so many people ....(have you tried streaming or recording with geforce experience ? )

yes i have done sfc, sometimes gettin error sometimes not. BTW today the same problem happened after installing the stock cpu cooler but this time the pc froze after every 30 minutes... 3 times! I have cecked the temps, max of 45 degrees, so the problem are not temperatures. this make no sense, why this happen every 30 minutes with the stock cooler and every 2/3 days with liquid cooler?

i forgot to say that today i was only streaming my screen on discord while playing a video on the default windows 10 player.

im getting MAD.

can you see your GPU usage with afterburner or Everest or some other piece of monitoring software
check if there's any oscilation in voltages or usage ?
can you do a memtest ? run for a couple of passes at least

i ve done a memtest for all the night and all was ok, i want to remember you that i have changed the ram sticks with new ones of a different brand and mhz. Also i have done any kind of stress test on the entire pc, no problem, even in gaming no problem. The voltages were ok, even if it is a hardware problem how can persist changing all the components? or how can it be a software problem if i reinstalled windows 23424243 times? IDK, i've also tried installing my sdd with all my SW in another pc and all was ok

  • 1 month later...

I believe the problem here was the NZXT CAM software for the Kraken Z63 water cooler.  Software is a nightmare and produces WICKED (> 10GB) memory leaks and occasional lockups, at least on my AMD system.  Solution is to let the software start when the PC is turned on, then close the app completely.  At least this has eliminated the problems I was having.

  • 1 month later...

I had these issues with a  new build, computer freezing, kernel error, restarting constantly. I took it to the shop (they mounted it themselves) and they told me it was the case h510i, they have been receiving a batch of bad h510i cases that come in contact with the MOBO and cause it to freeze or shortcircuit in some way. They mounted the exact same components outside the case and in another case and it worked perfectly...   So just letting you guys know if that happens to anyone else.

I ended up having to buy a new case and have to send the h510i back because I bought it at another place.
