What is your budget?

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

Budget and location address important to know, also what resolution you are targeting. If you buy specifically for Cyberpunk, i'd get an rtx card since dlss seems to be rather important. If you're aiming for 1080p: an rtx 2060 at least. If you're going 1440p I guess a 3060ti or used 2080. Even then don't expect 60fps at max settings, cyberpunk is very hard to run.

Will be fine for 1080p medium settings, according to tomshardware benchmarks.

Where I live the 1660 super is way cheaper than the 1660ti btw, so if you are targeting 1080p medium settings you might want to have a look whether it's also much cheaper where you live.
