hey! i just bought an H61 LGA 1155 motherboard and it sounds like the fans are constantly spinning at max rpm's, i have no settings to change this in the BIOS and other software like MSI afterburner doesn't seem to change anything either, any ideas on what i could do to turn down the fan speed?

i included a picture of the motherboard since i'm not great with computers and mighthave explained the model poorly.

Has a 4 pin PWM fan header, odd BIOS is so locked down, whose the manufacturer?  Is this one of those chinesium boards?  If so I would recommend using the PSU to power the fans and put voltage regulators on them.  Or can try Speedfan but I never have success with that program.

Use a resistor cable to reduce the fan speed by capping the voltage or buy yourself a fan controller. Noctua usually ships those cables with their premium brown and the new chromax fans.
