Underperforming PC

Hey guys, so there is something very wrong with my pc. When i play black ops cold war or GTA V i put every graphics setting on low or medium, and i use 2gb of my 6gb graphics card VRAM and i get like 50 fps tops....

My PC really has higher than recommended settings to play those games so i don't understand what the problem is, like i use 33% of my graphics card and i still only get 50fps?

 

My specs:

Intel Core i5 8400- 2,8ghz (4ghz turbo) 6 core 6 thread.

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6gb

Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz ddr4 16gb ram, 2x8

The motherboard is a Lenovo 36E7 and i have no idea what kind of power supply i have or the power, but i believe its 350w or 450

Try DDU and then reinstall your Nvidia display driver.
