It means that SATA ports 5 and 6 won't be activated, so no, nothing plugged into those ports will recognize.

That means if you've got NVME drive connected using the the 3rd PCIE slot therefore ,You won't be able to use the 3rd PCIE slot on your motherboard.. you cannot any expansion cards.

Just like what's been said, Sata ports 5 and 6 are disabled since you have M.2_3 populated.
