Best way to transfer all data from 2 X 1tb hdd onto a 4tb hdd?

Hi, I got a 4tb hdd and am not too sure on how i should transfer all of my data from the 1tb hdds to my big 4tb hdd without destroying my paths for games like steam or rockstar

robocopy <source> <destination> /mir

/mir mirrors the directory tree and overwrites destination security settngs/permissions.
