How to choose a good UPS?

I need some help.

 

Currently I'm using:

Ryzen 5 2600 (would upgrade to Ryzen 5 5600X when BIOS update available)

MSI B450 Tomahawk

2x8GB Corsair LPX 3200Mhz

MSI RX 5700 Gaming X

and my PSU is an old 6 years CS650M from Corsair

 

I'm trying to find a UPS for my build. The city where I live sometimes I got a momentary power interuption/flickering (I found this name from googling) or a power outage that happen less than a second. (I don't really know the real name of this problem) Or even a 2-10 seconds power outage. So I'm afraid it will happen during BIOS update.

 

I wonder if this UPS can handle that problem?
