troubleshooting PC sleep/waking issues

hello so recently i've run into a strange issue i've tried checking the bios and updating everything but the issue persists

1. the pc sometimes takes a minute or two before going to sleep which it never used to take long
2. the computer tries to go to sleep i get code 30 on my mobo and the screen goes black but with the backlight still lighting up
3. it goes into sleep mode but won't wake up i hear everything turn on but the monitor stays in standby

any ideas or anything really would help alot its getting annoying.
