He is using it for gaming, he is building it hwnever he can find a good inexpensive build, his current system is a lenovo with a tenth gen i7, 16gb ram, 64 bit operating system

He should just reuse that the CPU and MOBO and RAM. That would help performance and keep costs down for a good GPU.
