Ok, so i tried to change my ip address in control panel to access a website, but now i lost my internet connection. I've tried to search it up in a couple of hours now but with no luck. I've also tried to fix it with the release and renew ipconfig command, but it just made it worse. I don't think reseting my wifi will work either. Please help me as soon as you can.

Thanks,

- Tim

If you are accessing the Internet over a router, just reset it using the button.  It will switch back to the factory settings.

He changed his local PC IP address to a static one by the sound of it - thinking this would give access to some website (??). 😂

Checking the options in red here should fix it:

In what manor was changing your IP going to allow you access to a particular website? That's not how networking works.
