Can the BIOS detect peripherals that is connected to a usb hub?

So i'm planning on buying a usb hub next week and I am wondering, Will my BIOS detect My mouse and keyboard if its plugged to a usb hub.
any ideas?

Shouldn't be a problem.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

ooh. and also is there any difference between ethernet and usb eternet?

Idk about that one, sorry. Never tried USB ethernet.
