Memory latency vs AMD 5950X

I'm thinking about ordering the hardware below, but not sure which memory latency to choose in relation to this. I think the G.SKILL F4-3600C16Q-64GTZRC kit is the best buy, since it have a relatively low latency at a reasonable price. I’m also considering the G.SKILL F4-3600C14Q-64GTZR kit, but this is 70-75% more expensive and I’m not sure it’s worth the 1-1.1 nano second they’re faster. Therefore, would I like to hear what you would choose?

I'd just go for the 3600MHz CL16 kit that is the cheapest. Performance won't differ a lot, certainly not enough to justify the price. 3600MHz CL14 is extremely overpriced.
