Nope, you'll be absolutely fine.  Use Cheat Engine or something similar, it's super easy.

So I'm planning to hack this game SPAZ for a 6th run this time with hacks on hardest difficulty.

In a way that I wont have to farm.

 

Now is steam hack detection or thing gonna annoy me in my singleplayer-only game?

 

I am looking for constructive comments, so if you wanna share your values then Gtfo.

 

And if my account gets perma banned, can I just do a new steam account and still play single player games on my current one?

I dont know of any games with singleplayer cheat detection, cheat your heart out :)

The game is from my steam library. Did you include that, I just realised it might of been misunderstood.

I guess I did it. 999 upgrade points.. yolo!
