Go with 4770, Non K if you're not going to overclock.

16gb of RAM is more than enough, get 1600mhz (or more) with a CL of 9, 8gbx2 is what you want.

Aftermarket cooler not needed for non-overclocked, if you want it quiet, you can grab a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and a silent fan.

Only need 550-650watts or so.

Get a Blue or Black version of the HDD, Red is for NAS if I'm not mistaken.

The 780ti is a bad bargin, I would suggest a 780 instead.

Case: Lian Li PC011-D - CPU: 3900x - GPU: 2080ti Reference - Mobo: Gigabyte - Ram: Corsair 4x16gb 3200MHz - SSD: 2TB Samsung Evo NVME

Budget:3500$

Location: Russia

Monitor: already have one

Peripherals:later

You need to quote a post or tag a member or else they won't get a notification you replied to them.

What do you already have?

What about the OS?

What videos are you editing? What for? Programs being used?

Why no overclocking? There's no point getting a z87 board and k series cpu if you're not oc'ing.

What shops are you using?

If you could provide us with a e-retailer that you use in your area it would help us out a lot.  As far as planning, you can really do with a whole lot less and spend a lot less money and achieve the performance you want.

CPU:  i5-4670, don't get the "k" version if you aren't going to overclock, save yourself some money, also the i5 is best for gaming as you wont see much if any difference if you buy an i7.  This is specifically with gaming in mind.

Motherboard, you can get a less expensive motherboard if you aren't going to overclock.  I am not familiar with any motherboards other than the Z87 ones, which are primarily for overclocking  If you aren't overclocking, you can get an inexpensive motherboard.

RAM:  Get the least expensive 4GBx2(8GB total) 1600Mhz, 9-9-9-24 RAM that you can find.  Anything more than 8GB for gaming is overkill and won't give you any increase in performance.  It would be throwing money at something without any returns.

SSD:  Get a Samsung 840 EVO, at least 120GB.  This is the best SSD and 120GB is plenty to put your operating system on and manage your C drive.

HDD:  Get 2 TB of 7200rpm.  The Seagate Barracuda is a really good and reputable brand.

GPU:  Go with the GTX780.  The 780Ti is a lot more money for only ~10-15% performance increase.  Not worth the money.

PSU:  You can power this system with a good 550-600W PSU.  Anything more is overkill

Case:  I am a believer in spending less on a case because it doesn't directly impact performance.  The opposite thinking is buy a more expensive case because it can be used over and over again in future builds.

Disc drive:  Whatever is the least expensive

I am making this system for about 8-10 years life . that why I've chosen such expensive stuff.I also want games to run Ultra only and in a maximum resolution. Btw I also want the maximum reliability from the parts I will  buy and i want my system to very fast ( run Skype, Game, Fraps at the same time)

CPU: i5-4670

Motherboard:  ASUS TUF sabertooth

Ram : 16gb corsair vengeance pro 1600Mhz

SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120Gb

HDD WD black 2tb ( I read some bad comments about this model.)

GPU: ASUS GTX 780 ( are you sure? i need my gpu to run all the latest games at ultra for a few years)

PSU: ax860i (i am planning to install a second gpu)

Case: air540

Disc drive the same

Peripherals: Keyboard -  Steelseries 7g, Mouse- maybe steelseries sensei, mouse pad - steelseries qck

Priviet! I'm half Russian, my name is Sasha, unfortunately, I was never taught Russian, otherwise I would have enjoyed helping you shop on that website.

I understand wanting to get the most performance out of your money, and to have it last as long as possible. 8-10 years is going to be hard, technology will surpass the capabilities of this machine in 5 years, the computer you plan on building will last, but it won't be the most current, or be able to play every game after 5 or so years unless you set graphics to low/medium.

The components that I suggested will provide you with a lot of performance today, and for the next few years, as well as give you the possibility of upgrading.  I will still recommend going with a less expensive motherboard, there is no difference in performance between the one I recommended and the one you have selected.  Both are able to be upgraded the same as time passes.  RAM, you only need 8GB for gaming.  Any more will not do you any good today.  It will be spending money with no performance gains.  What I would do, and I am going to do with my own computer is to buy more RAM when I need it.  It will be less expensive in 2 years when we will actually need it, and we will benefit from it.  There is no benefit for buying 16GB of RAM for what you want to do today.  Save some money and upgrade to 16GB when it is necessary.  If the 2TB HDD that you selected doesn't have good reviews, find a different brand that has good reviews.  I personally like Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm.

The Asus GTX780 is a very good graphics card, and has a very good and quiet cooler.  a Single Asus GTX780 will be able to run games for up to 2 years at High-Ultra settings.  Again, this is an area where I recommend waiting to buy a 2nd GPU.  Not only will prices be lower, but you will see more tangible results from a 2nd GPU, which will make your computer last longer, and you spend less.  Power supply, I personally wouldn't buy a large power supply immediately.  Buy a small one that will last for 3 years, then when you are ready to SLI, buy a new PSU.  A power supply has a lifespan of only 3-4 years.  If you are not going to SLI for 2 or more years, buy a new PSU when it is needed, not before.  Otherwise you will have to buy a new, more powerful, and more expensive one again soon.

To make sure that your computer lasts as long as possible, I advise you to wait until the new 800 series graphics cards come out.  This way you will have the best technology available, and your computer will be more powerful and last longer.  There are also new Intel processors coming out.  Wait for all of this brand new technology to come out, then make your purchases.

It is better to buy less, and upgrade over time.  If you spend a lot of money all at once, technology will get old, and you will have old parts.  Buy new parts as they become available.

what if I buy and amd CPu and GPU?

I'm not very familiar with AMD.  Intel and Nvidia are superior for gaming in my opinion.  AMD will certainly work for gaming, I just prefer Intel and Nvidia myself.
