@gibbsy81 This is normal to a certain extent.

run malwarebytes on the computers in question.

These logs occur as computers on your network are compuniting with things on the web.  Something on your network tells the internet I am here and sets a auto port froward so that thing on the internter can send stuf right back (allows back and forth communication).

Almost all games will set up ports like this. games consoles and pc services like Skype, drop box skydive ect. (everything)

port 21373 is the culprit here but i am not seeing anything on Google on who use it.

The concern here is that its malware or your part of a bot-net causing the issue thus the malwarebytes scan.

you could also clear the port forwarding list in your router or even turn it off but this would cause lots of things to not work.

You also just published your ip address in the top post.  edit that out.  we are a relatively timid forum but if this was a hacking forum (or if anyone see it) you would be getting DDos right now.  its just not something you want to be publishing out there.

Back to the issue of slow internet.

1.  what is your ping?

2. are you on wifi or Ethernet.  (do speeds improve on Ethernet)?

3. What connection speed are you paying for?

4. In the router settings it will tell you the DSL (router connection speed to your isp) speed your getting what is this (if its 2-4mbs you have a bad phone line )?

1. My ping to speedtest.net Telstra servers is 100 usually 10

2. Ethernet the speeds don't improve

3. I'm paying for 20 Mbps down and 256k up.

4. It says 17mbps but I think the reason is that my router is getting overloaded.

a ping of 100 is a bit high.  I would reset your router and see if it improves.

its normal to pay for 20mb and only get 6mb+ that's the issues with adsl and line speeds.

Im still not sure you have an ip issue and not just a generic home gateway issue.

I would try a factory reset of the router, see if that fixes the issue
