Those specs will play those games.

I used a gtx 1050 ti with a 2013 i5 to play siege & cs go.

The only things I would check is for newer versions around your same price.

IE GTX 1650 and 1650 ti and 1650 super for your GPU


The subsequent AMD cpus in the 3000 series.
The AMD cpus that end their number in a G are APUs. I have the ryzen 5 2400G and it's an APU, not just a CPU. Idk if that makes it worse, but since you don't need the graphics, might as well not pay for them. Also if you install AMD graphics drivers & nvidia graphics drivers, you may have some problems.

 

Use shadowplay, not OBS with the Nvidia stuff because it's just that awesome.

Idk if you want to buy used, but you can save a bit of money on eBay.
