Bottleneck Question

Just got a quick little PC bottleneck question and it is as follows:

• Would an NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti bottleneck an i7 4770?

you can't bottleneck a cpu, but otherwise for gaming that would be an unbalanced setup.
for cpu-intensive programs and heavy video-production, it's a cost-effective setup.

Its the other way around "will the i7 bottleneck my 750 Ti" answer is no. you got a pretty strong CPU there

Just so you guys know I don't actually plan on having the combination of CPU and GPU. I was just more interested in what you guys though and if what I'm asking about is an issue. Also this thread will help others who actually are planning on having this combination if a i7 4770/4770K and the NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti.
