if you are worried about your CPU running hot, it depends on a lot of things.

Does your PC case have good airflow? What cooler are you using?

And most important, did you check your own temperatures? Some people might get 90 Celsius, but you could be getting 85 or 80.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

My understanding is that Intel CPU's are as hot or hotter than AMD ones, under the same conditions.

That being said, it all depends on what cooler you buy, and if you enable PBO.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

give us all your pc specs so we can see if it might be another component ruining your temps

This case is not exactly the best for airflow, so I would reconsider buying that, as it will probably increase your temps at load and idle. The rest of your build looks fine, but you never really know until you put everything together.
