Best non-blue switch keyboard under 50 USD?

I'm looking to replace my keyboard with blue switches. It's very loud and annoying. My brother has one with red switches and it's much quieter, but his is a corsair brand one that costed over 80 USD iirc. I might prefer going membrane again than pay that much for a keyboard. Is there anything with quieter switches for under 50 USD?

I'd prefer wired and with numberpad.

if you can live with 10 key less (which is better for most gamers)
