iTunes on windows 10, need help

Dylan lol

Just got a new laptop and downloaded the newest version of itunes. On my library, when I type in a letter on my keyboard, itunes goes all the way to the last song. For example if I type "D" to find bands starting with D, itunes will instead go all the way to the last song on my library. How do I fix this? On my PC it works as normal, but I'm having this issue on my laptop. Windows 10

Those things are all true, and I did. But I literally meant is his library somehow sorted Z-A instead of A-Z
