I have an Q8300 cpu from 2008 and 1 gpu r7 350 I order a new cpu,motherboard ex.(ryzen 7 3700x )will i see any diference in games?(performance with tha same card 

(i dont have money to upgrate yet but i will in the future)

sr for my english .

down is my current pc just to see what i have i will upgate everything ecept the gpu.

The card will deliver the same performance. However the new parts would ofcourse be better. But you might experience some bottlenecking.

sometimes when i play league of legends and i play on ultra preset i experienced drop frames will i have that with the new cpu ?

That depends on if your CPU is pinned at 100% while playing or not. If it isn't, LoL isn't CPU heavy and changing CPU doesn't have much effect. However, adding RAM might.

i have 8 gb ddr2 800mhz and i will go to 16gb ddr4 3600mhz memory

You'll most likely see more stable frametime from having a stronger CPU, but your GPU will be holding back your computer until you upgrade it

well with that motherboard and cpu you can not. it only supports ddr2. Homever 8gb of ddr2 should be enough for LOL

,in greece the gpu's are more expensive than other countries

You dont need an expensive GPU for league of legends.I am playing with integradet GPU in my AMD ryzen 3500u(laptop) and i get 80-100 fps on everything low.

So dont get impression that you need 300 euro gpu for it.
