Problem with ethernet connection

Hello. I recently got problem with ethernet connection. When i boot it take 30 secondes to identify the network and after it work ok. got my 400mbs speedtest and no issu. 

So far i have enter in command promt in admin

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset

Double check if my ip ipv4 and ipv6 dns was automatic

reset the network adapteur

uninstall and reinstall network driver

Still the same problem. I have a dual boot and no problem with linux

Any idea. I"m about to format

Set it at Static, and turn off IPv6

This might just be more for personal curiosity than a real solution but what happens if you try to connect to a different network? I wonder if it's having an issue with recognizing your network specifically or all/any networks.

Yeah me too i was thinking about trying on a different network. But I cannot bring my desktop on a another person during the covid just to try this

And with my laptop on the same network on wifi cause it doesn<t have a ethernet port. It works flawlessly

Just finished format the desktop. Same problem again. No problem with the latop on wifi and the ps5 on lan. 

Starting to think that the motherboard asus 170a and the cpu 7600k are not a good match anymore
