How much would you pay for this system?

tlmills82

Still really bad at appraising used parts.  I'm looking at buying a decent gaming pc for my kiddo.  I found this on marketplace and was curious what you think it may be worth.

CPU:  Intel Core i5-9400F 6-Core 2.9 GHz

Cooler:  DEEPCOOL GAMMAX GTE V2

Motherboard:  ASRock B365 Phantom Gaming 4

RAM:  Team T-FORCE Vulcan Z 3200MHz 3200 MHz (max speed) 16GB (2 X 8 GB)

Video Card:  GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1660 Ti OC 6G

PSU:  EVGA 500W BR Bronze

Storage:  Intel 665p (1.0 TB)

Wifi:  MSI AX905C WIFI

He didn't list the case but it looks to be an NZXT 510.

Budget (including currency):

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

~$500 maybe up to $600. A new system with similar performance would probably cost like $650.

Used, I would pay 675 for that config max

These prices are considered used

9400f - 100 - 120

Deepcool gammax - 20 - 50

B365 - 50?

Team Tforce Vulcan - 50 - 45
GTX 1660Ti -  200

665p - 80

EVGA BR - 35

H510 - 60

geometry is hard
b550 > x570

You can basically make a system with the same performance with new parts like this

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($100.00)
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($65.00)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Team GX2 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($78.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB Video Card  ($239.94 @ Office Depot)
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA BR 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($54.99 @ Walmart)
Total: $663.88

Since it's used you can take like ~25% off.
