Do you think this PC will be good for a custom Arcade Cabinet?

CPU: Athlon 3000g

GPU: GTX 285 (For it's s-video port)
MOBO: Asrock B450 Pro4

Cooler: included with cpu
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500gb
RAM: Corsair Vengance 2x4gb 300MHz
PSU: Corsair VS 450W
Case: Corsair 275R Airflow

OS: Linux

Cost overall: about $500

Anything new only outputs a digital signal, S-Video is analogue.
So that would mean an adapter thats over $40,- cus it needs to be an active one.

true, but still, its much better then the gpu.

What games are you wanting to run? Especially with the shipping we get for trying to get parts up here if you aren't going local, this seems like a good spot for a pi4.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

The 285 is weaker than the iGPU.
