Lg 38gl950g backlight works no picture

Hello, I am a scavenger. I find broken electronics repair and re-sell them. I found a lg38gl950g. The monitor is in pristine condition. It turns on, the laptop detects it the rgb in the back works but there is no display. I am assuming the mainboard or tcon is dead since the monitor turns on and the backlight works but did anyone had this problem before and if they did how did you fix it? I have 3 other monitors with the sale issue so I would appreciate some help.
