Unable to verify RAM type - Thaipoon burner and RAMMon not working - cannot read SPD chip info

Hi guys,

 

i have a single stick of 16GB Hyper X impact (kingston) RAM - which identifies under a serial number:

KHX2400C14S4/16G

I would like to try to tighten the timings/voltage on the laptop ram with DRAM calculator - but i've  been unable to find any info on what DYE type this memory is so that I can proceed with RAM timings... Can someone please help me out with this?

What dye type do I have??
