GPU Severely Under performing

So, ever since I've had this card it's been weird. At first, maybe first week or so, worked greated. It's an MSI RTX 2060 VENTUS XS. 

But after some weeks of gaming, the age already started to show. I've had this card for about 7 months now, and in Warzone, this thing can barely push, 60fps on medium.

I'm totally stumped on what it is, and if I could get someone's expertise I'd be so appreciative. I'm really hoping I haven't wasted my money.

I don’t know what such a card in such a system would normally do, but assuming it’s low, What do the temps look like?
