PC starts and stops 3-4 times before booting after i do any change in Motherboard

Im trying to get my 3200mhz ram to show up but whatever change i do, the PC just starts and stops 3-4 times before booting. And the changes are shown in bios but nothing happens.

 

B550m Aorus Pro P.

 

Is the Mobo faulty?
