Windows 10 KMS server

Hey so I accidentally activated windows via KMS server and I want to remove it.

Upon writing "slmgr.vbs /dlv" and "slmgr.vbs /ato" I get                         (Software licensing service version:.............. )         and bellow that ->Error product key not found!

My question is: Did I remove windows kms server or not?

How do you do this accidentally? It takes multiple steps...

Please keep in mind that using KMS-server outside of corporate environment is considered piracy.
