Fans running at full speed all of a sudden for few seconds then back normal and so on

I did change the fan's speed from bios and set a custom curve but the issue still.  I saw many suggestions on but nothing worked. any ideas guys. I appreciate ur help!

-Asus Mb prime x470 pr

- cpu R3 2200G 3500 

- 2×8 corsair rams vengeance rgb pro ddr4 3200 MHz

- GPU Asus gtx 960

- SPU 600W 80gold 

- Fans rgb deepcool

Asus motherboards have critical cpu temp set at 75c which will auto your fan to 100%. If your cpu is spiking above that it can cause this to happen. 

You can disable it with so suite.

Or you can set a delay in the time it takes for the fan to respond to the temp changes.
